A conceptual project which to create a commercial space and provide some inspiration of a "mock design" of the space, to take the designs created for their own market research to get the lending they need.
Two level space envision:
- The top level will be dominated by executive suites (for getting more important meetings or work done) and common workspace environments where independent workers can get things done without needing a private office.
- The lower level would be more of a networking opportunity where there would be a bar, comfortable seating, and an inviting environment for people to talk business or even have a fun social outing.
